Service Description
'Anger' is a loaded term that brings many connotations and underlying meanings that can be implied or imagined. The term hides the complexity and wide range of experiences involved, so it can be helpful to consider the term, 'reactivity,' or the state of being reactive. When we recognize we've reacted without thinking, especially when we regret our actions, it's often a level of anger that led to this reactivity. In this ongoing program of open-enrollment format involves focus on irritation, frustration, and the subtle cues which get us going. Each 60-minute session is a classroom lecture and discussion on a specific topic; these are not open sharing groups. Group size is limited to 16 participants at a time for quality of facilitation and time for questions and discussion; additional groups will be created as needed. Full program is 12 consecutive groups as topics rotate on this cycle. Clients may join at any point in the program rotation without concern. Advanced payment in full involves a 10% discount (see plans) and is non-refundable.

COACHING SERVICES AGREEMENT & INFORMED CONSENT 1. NATURE OF SERVICES 1.1. Scope: AVAILIA TELEHELP PLLC provides psycho-educational coaching and consultation ("Coaching Services") to assist with personal growth. 1.2. Not-Clinical Care: Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or licensed clinical treatment. • Separate Services: This Agreement governs Education and Coaching only. Clinical behavioral health services require separate agreement & HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 disclosure. • Licensing: While staff may hold professional licenses (e.g., SUDP), these are not used to render clinical treatment under this Agreement. • Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for their choices and results. 1.3. Emergencies: We do not provide crisis intervention. In an emergency, call 911 or 988. 1.3. CLIENT ROLE: The Client is solely responsible for their choices and outcomes. The Agency is not liable for any damages arising from the coaching relationship. 2. SERVICE DELIVERY 2.1. Coverage: Includes live sessions ("Scheduled Services") and on-demand digital content ("Digital Products"). 2.2. Expectations: A 5-minute grace period applies to group sessions. Late arrivals may result in forfeited time/funds or "No-Show" charges. If you require clinical care, notify the Agency immediately for a referral. 3. CONFIDENTIALITY & LIMITS Coaching is non-clinical and not protected by HIPAA. We maintain the same internal privacy standards except when: • Compelled by court order or subpoena. • Required for professional audits or legal defense. • We must report suspected abuse of children, elders, or vulnerable adults. • We must contact authorities if there is an imminent threat of harm to yourself or others. 4. FINANCIAL TERMS 4.1. Payments: Fees are detailed in your Service Order. 4.2. Cancellation: 48-hour notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or No-Shows are charged the full fee. 4.3. Refunds & Expiration: All fees are non-refundable. Digital products are consumed upon access. All services must be used before the expiration date on your invoice or be forfeited. 4.4. Property: Materials are for personal use only; no reproduction or sharing is permitted. 5. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State. By signing/purchasing, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to all terms.
