Are you curious about your relationship with alcohol or cannabis? Perhaps you have noticed a pattern you want to reflect on, or you are simply looking for a professional space to think things through before committing to a full assessment or counseling program. Pre-Assessment Counseling offers exactly that. This service is designed for individuals who want professional support and honest reflection around their substance use without the structure or commitment of a formal treatment program. No diagnosis is required and no assessment is necessary to get started. Sessions are conducted by a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) and draw from evidence-based counseling approaches in a judgment-free, client-centered environment. You set the pace and the direction. Pre-Assessment Counseling is limited to six sessions. If at any point you decide you want a formal SUD assessment or would prefer to transition to a different service, that option is always available. There is no pressure and no predetermined outcome. This service is appropriate for adults who: - Are curious about their use of alcohol or cannabis - Want to reflect on a past or current pattern without committing to treatment - Are considering a formal assessment but want to connect with the provider first - Are seeking a professional perspective before making a decision about next steps This service is limited to six sessions. Clients seeking continued support beyond this service are welcome to transition to Individual Coaching or a formal SUD Assessment. A discounted 6-session package is available for this service.
