Service Description
A 4-hour in-person class designed to meet court and probation requirements in Spokane and across Washington State. Delivered in person in Spokane in alignment with local court and probation expectations. Built around evidence-based curriculum from a leading statewide provider of court-recognized behavioral health education materials, including a physical workbook provided to each participant. The class covers mindfulness, personal values, motivation, & decision-making, helping participants examine what they want out of life and develop a clearer sense of direction. Attendance fulfills the requirement. What you take from it is yours to keep. Completion reports are submitted directly to referring courts and probation departments as standard practice. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session or assessment without a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. The missed session or appointment will not be counted as used toward any package or plan. This cancellation policy does not apply to group sessions or classes. All fees are non-refundable. Sessions and assessments may be delivered in-person in Spokane or via secure video platform. If attending virtually, you are responsible for ensuring a private location and a stable connection for the duration of your session. You must be physically located in Washington State at the time of your appointment.
