Service Description

This appointment enrolls you in MRT to begin attending weekly groups, currently held Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Other times may develop with sufficient demand; call us for the latest updates. The people who get the most from this program often arrive the most uncertain about being here. That is okay. This intake is simply our first meeting, a chance to complete your enrollment paperwork, get comfortable with the space, and begin to understand what this program can offer you. Moral Reconation Therapy is often misunderstood by its name. This is not a program about judgment, moral lectures, or being told what is right or wrong. MRT is a structured, evidence-based process that helps you clarify your own values, strengthen your own sense of direction, and develop greater consistency between what matters to you and how you move through the world. It is one of the most widely researched programs of its kind, and it works because it starts with you, not with someone else's definition of who you should be. At Availia, you will not be reduced to your worst moment. Our approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine respect for your experience and your potential. Our facilitator has worked alongside people navigating the justice system for over a decade, and we understand that growth is most possible when people feel seen rather than judged. Weekly group sessions are $35 per session, billed weekly or in advance by discounted lot-pricing (see pricing plans). Your first MRT workbook is included with your intake fee and you will receive it at your first group. This intake is in-person at our Spokane office. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule this appointment without a fee, not required for group sessions once enrolled.
