Each day covers one focused topic with a reflection prompt and a practical exercise. By the end of the week you will have a basic understanding of how your nervous system works, a beginning relationship with your five sensory channels, and a simple grounding habit designed around your own life and your own triggers. This primer is the entry point to the Finding Ground Sensory Awareness Campaign, which goes deeper into the biology, the sensory channels, and the practice of building rituals that make grounding a sustainable part of how you move through your days.
