Our Services
01.Individual Coaching Session, 50 minutes
Individualized and personal, one-on-one coaching that is solution-focused to your specific intentions, values, and priorities through evidence-based psychological principles and practices. We're here to help, and our approach is tailored to improve our ability to help you, according to you and your individual balance of strengths and challenges, and how perspective and application can be adjusted to improve the overall process of your experienced effort and experienced outcomes.
02.Partnership Coaching Session, 50 minutes
Develop and advance your emotional intelligence & perspective of the context of partnership in your relationship. Too often we get caught up in or avoidant of labels, and we miss the opportunity to explore and clarify our intentions for our interactions with one another, thereby missing opportunities to grow, for example, when communication is left undone out of fear or hesitation in overthinking rather than living in the flow of trust and vulnerability with our partners, which takes practice!
03.Parenting Coaching Session, 50 minutes
Sessions intended for parents working on new strategies wherever you are in your parenting journey. Commonly paired with or following additional parenting support services.
