Pre-Trial Services
Voluntary enrollment prior to adjudication demonstrates initiative and commitment to behavioral change. Attorneys and advocates can use objective attendance and engagement reports as evidence in mitigation efforts, sentencing recommendations, or to support favorable case outcomes. Reports are provided directly to client's authorized legal representative and can be used at your discretion.
Post-Adjudication & Supervision Compliance
For clients fulfilling court-ordered requirements under probation or an SOC (Stipulation of Continuance), Availia provides structured program delivery with consistent, objective reporting to the referring court or supervision officer. Enrollment can begin promptly following referral, and standardized documentation of client engagement, completion, or non-compliance is provided on a defined schedule.
