Service Description
No matter how many hours you need, it starts here. Select your program length from the pricing plans below: 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours. Every option includes this class. Longer programs add individual coaching sessions scheduled at your convenience to reach your required total. This foundational, 4-hour, evidence-based class covering anger awareness, emotional triggers, and practical de-escalation strategies. Delivered by a NAMA-Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-II), every other Saturday at 9am, in-person in Spokane or virtually statewide. Commonly completed to fulfill a court requirement, and open to anyone ready to do the work. Not sure how many hours you need? Start with an anger assessment. Virtual attendance may not be accepted by all referring entities. Confirm with your probation officer or referring party before scheduling virtually.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session or assessment without a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. The missed session or appointment will not be counted as used toward any package or plan. This cancellation policy does not apply to group sessions or classes. All fees are non-refundable. Sessions and assessments may be delivered in-person in Spokane or via secure video platform. If attending virtually, you are responsible for ensuring a private location and a stable connection for the duration of your session. You must be physically located in Washington State at the time of your appointment.
