Have questions before committing to a service? This free 30-minute session is your opportunity to connect with your provider, get answers, and determine the best path forward for your goals or requirements.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session or assessment without a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. The missed session or appointment will not be counted as used toward any package or plan. This cancellation policy does not apply to group sessions or classes. All fees are non-refundable. Sessions and assessments may be delivered in-person in Spokane or via secure video platform. If attending virtually, you are responsible for ensuring a private location and a stable connection for the duration of your session. You must be physically located in Washington State at the time of your appointment.
