DV-MRT Intake Session–Start Weekly DVMRT

Service Description

This appointment enrolls you in DV-MRT to begin your journey of attending weekly groups, currently held Fridays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Other times may develop with sufficient demand; call us for the latest updates. The people who get the most from this program often arrive the most uncertain about being here. That is okay. This intake is simply our first meeting, a chance to complete your enrollment paperwork, get comfortable with the space, and begin to understand what this program can offer you. DV-MRT is a structured, evidence-based program that invites honest reflection on the patterns of thinking and relating that shape how we show up in our closest relationships. It does not tell you what is right or wrong. It helps you get clearer on what matters to you and develop the consistency to act from that place, even when it is hard. Growth in this area is some of the most meaningful work a person can do. At Availia, that work happens in an environment of genuine respect, without judgment of who you are or how you got here. Our facilitator brings over a decade of clinical experience working with people navigating the justice system and understands that the most important changes are the ones a person chooses for themselves. Weekly group sessions are $50 per session, billed weekly or in advance by discounted lot-pricing (see pricing plans). Your first DV-MRT workbook is included with your intake fee, and you will receive the book in your first group. This intake is in-person at our Spokane office or virtually if you are outside the Spokane area and will be attending virtually from elsewhere within Washington State. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule this appointment without a fee (does not apply to group sessions).
