Service Description
Individual coaching is a collaborative, strengths-based process built around what matters most to you. No diagnosis is required and no predetermined outcome is imposed — just a dedicated space to identify where you want to go and build toward it with genuine autonomy. Coaching sessions are available in person at our Spokane office or virtually, and are scheduled at times that work for you. Whether you are navigating a life transition, working through a specific challenge, or simply ready to invest in yourself, coaching meets you where you are. Sessions are scheduled by the hour and available on an ongoing or as-needed basis. Payment is due at time of booking. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule without a fee. Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session or assessment without a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. The missed session or appointment will not be counted as used toward any package or plan. This cancellation policy does not apply to group sessions or classes. All fees are non-refundable. Sessions and assessments may be delivered in-person in Spokane or via secure video platform. If attending virtually, you are responsible for ensuring a private location and a stable connection for the duration of your session. You must be physically located in Washington State at the time of your appointment.
