Service Description

Short-Term Support at Availia is a structured, time-limited counseling service for individuals seeking professional discussion towards clarity and growth around personal concerns without the commitment of a formal treatment program or ongoing appointments. No diagnosis, assessment, or referral is required to get started. Sessions are limited to six or less, though a client can transition to another service to continue receiving support. Sessions are conducted by a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) using evidence-based counseling approaches in a judgment-free, client-centered environment. This is appropriate for individuals who want meaningful, professional support on their own terms. If at any point a shift into individual coaching or SUD counseling feels like the right next step, these options are always available. A discounted 6-session package is available for this service.
